2500mg CBD Paste by Cannubu

Boasting an impressive 50mg of CBD per serving and delivering 50 servings per 5ml syringe, our 2500mg CBD paste is the perfect solution for people who want larger, more concentrated doses of CBD.

1 serving is 1 half twist of the syringe.

What is CBD Paste?

CBD paste is essentially a highly concentrated CBD oil with a thick viscous consistency.

Whereas CBD oils are a mixture of CBD and a liquid carrier oil, CBD pastes are a mixture of CBD and a carrier oil that is solid at room temperature, like coconut oil. They may also contain beeswax, which is added for improved consistency when dispensing the product.

How Do You Use CBD Paste?

You use CBD paste in the same way that you would use CBD oil. Dispense a serving of paste onto your finger and place it under your tongue. You can hold it under the tongue for a short while, or you can simply swallow it.

Ingredients: Hemp Seed Oil, Cannabis Sativa Extract (Cannabis Sativa L.) 10%

Directions for Use: Place Cannubu's CBD Oil under the tongue and hold for approximately 1 minute. Swallow afterwards, feel free to wash it down with a drink.

Alternatively, rub the CBD oil directly onto your gums or swallow the oil directly. Oil that is swallowed directly is absorbed slower than oil that is held under the tongue (sublingually).

We recommend starting with one droplet, to be taken 1-3 times per day. Increase the number of drops over time if required.

Storage Instructions: After use, return dropper to the bottle and ensure lid is secure. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odours.

FAQs

What is CBD?

Cannabidiol, often referred to as 'CBD', is a naturally occurring compound found within all forms of cannabis. It belongs to a family of compounds known as the ‘phytocannabinoids’.

How is CBD Paste Made?

CBD paste is made by extracting CBD from plant material and mixing it with an oil, such as coconut oil. Mixing CBD extracts with oil makes them easier to consume, as CBD readily dissolves in fatty substances. For those consumers who are into the details, Cannubu's CBD is extracted from plant material using super critical carbon dioxide extraction - widely considered as the gold standard in CBD production.

Is CBD Supplementation Safe?

In a recent position paper the World Health Organization (WHO) stated that CBD is exceptionally safe and has zero abuse potential. Read more.

Do CBD Supplements Get You High?

In the same position paper the WHO stated that there is no substantive evidence to suggest that CBD is likely to cause THC-like psychoactive effects. In other words, CBD oil will not get you high. Read more.

What About The Trace Amounts of THC?

The amount of THC in Cannubu's products is virtually non-existent and therefore will not get you high. This level has been set by the United Kingdom's Food Standards Agency in order to ensure consumers will not become intoxicated by taking CBD products.

Why Should You Consider Supplementing with CBD?

First identified in the 1990s, the endocannabinoid system is a complex cell signalling system found within the human body. Research suggests that the endocannabinoid system plays a part in regulating a wide range of physiological processes including mood, metabolism, sleep, stress responses, inflammation, nerve function and much more.

Phytocannabinoids are thought to exert an effect on the endocannabinoid system which in turn may provide users with a variety of benefits. To learn more about the benefits of taking phytocannabinoid supplements, please visit the Cannubu blog.

What Does Full Spectrum Mean?

Full spectrum CBD products are the majority CBD by weight, but also contain a wide range of other phytocannabinoids and terpenes.

An overview of the phytocannabinoids and terpenes typically found in our oils can be found below:

Phytocannabinoids*:

  • Cannabidiol (CBD, CBDA)
  • Cannabidivarin (CBDV)
  • Cannabigerol (CBG)
  • Tetrahydrocannabivarin (THCV)

Albeit under the legal limit for products in the UK (less than 1mg total per bottle), Cannubu's products may contain trace amounts of THC*.

Terpenes*:

  • Myrcene
  • Linalool
  • Limonene
  • Terpineol
  • Humulene
  • Borneol
  • Camphene
  • Valencene

Slight variations may occur batch to batch*. THC levels are in accordance with the UK Food Standards Agency guidance*.

Ingredients

Legal Name: Blend of Coconut Oil, Beeswax and Cannabis Sativa Extract

Ingredients: Coconut Oil, Beeswax, Cannabis Sativa Extract (Cannabis Sativa L.)

Dosage

Directions for Use: Take the cap off the syringe and attach the dispensing nozzle. Twist the syringe 180 degrees (1 half turn) and dispense the CBD paste onto your finger. Place CBD paste under your tongue.

There are 2 ways to take CBD paste - holding it sublingually (under your tongue) for 1 minute and then swallowing, or by simply swallowing it straight away. Despite popular belief, there is very little evidence to support the idea that holding CBD under your tongue is more effective than simply swallowing it. There is, however, evidence to suggest that taking CBD supplements at the same time as a fatty meal or snack increases its bioavailability (your body's ability to absorb and utilise the CBD). It's not imperative that you take your CBD with a fatty meal, but it may help increase the effectiveness of your supplementation.

Dosage: 1 half twist of the syringe provides 50mg of CBD.

What Are The Benefits of CBD Paste?

By exerting an effect on the human body's endocannabinoid system, CBD paste supplements can provide an array of benefits which include, but are not limited to:

  • Anxiety Management
  • Improved Sleep
  • Stress Reduction
  • Reduced Inflammation
