CANNUBU'S REFUND POLICY

Under Cannubu's refund policy you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your product. To initiate the returns process, please get in contact with us via our contact page. Only order returns with a valid return code obtained from Cannubu customer service will be accepted.

All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging as they were upon delivery. Please ensure that you take reasonable care when inspecting your item and that any packaging/security tags, if applicable, are undamaged.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

This is rare, but it does happen every now and then - apologies. To receive a refund or replacement, please follow the general refund instructions and we will issue you with a replacement/refund as soon as possible.

damaged or faulty goods

If you have received a damaged or faulty item please contact Cannubu as soon as possible. Cannubu will require information regarding the fault, such as a detailed description and maybe even a few photos of the product. We will endeavour to refund/replace the product as soon as possible. Our Returns Policy for faulty goods upholds your statutory rights.

Cost of returning items

Cannubu can only refund postage costs for returns where you have orginally been sent the wrong item, where the item was damaged upon delivery or where you returning an item for a substitute. We will not refund postage for returns where you simply decide that you no longer want to keep the item.
