What is CBD?
Cannabidiol, often referred to as 'CBD', is a naturally occurring compound found within all forms of cannabis. It belongs to a family of compounds known as the ‘phytocannabinoids’.
How Are CBD Capsules Made?
CBD Capsules are made by extracting CBD from plant material and mixing it with an oil, such as hempseed oil. This oil is then filled into capsules. For those consumers who are into the details, Cannubu's CBD is extracted from plant material using super critical carbon dioxide extraction - widely considered as the gold standard in CBD production.
Is CBD Supplementation Safe?

Do CBD Supplements Get You High?

What About The Trace Amounts of THC?
The amount of THC in Cannubu's products is virtually non-existent and therefore will not get you high. This level has been set by the United Kingdom's Food Standards Agency in order to ensure consumers will not become intoxicated by taking CBD products.
Why Should You Consider Supplementing With CBD Capsules?
First identified in the 1990s, the endocannabinoid system is a complex cell signalling system found within the human body. Research suggests that the endocannabinoid system plays a part in regulating a wide range of physiological processes including mood, metabolism, sleep, stress responses, inflammation, nerve function and much more.
Phytocannabinoids are thought to exert an effect on the endocannabinoid system which in turn may provide users with a variety of benefits. To learn more about the benefits of taking phytocannabinoid supplements, please visit the Cannubu blog.
